By accessing this website or purchasing products from Light Up Smoke and Vape, in-store or through our linked online ordering partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site.

All products sold by Light Up Smoke and Vape are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at checkout online and again at the point of delivery or in-store pickup. Any customer found to have misrepresented their age will have their order refused or cancelled, and repeat violations may result in a permanent ban from purchasing.

Online orders are processed through Saucey, an independent third-party delivery platform. Light Up Smoke and Vape is not responsible for Saucey's terms of service, pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, or other third-party service failures. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on this website are informational and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout on the Saucey platform or at the point of in-store sale.
Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available only to the cities listed on our Delivery page. All delivery orders require a valid government-issued photo ID confirming the recipient is 21 or older; deliveries will not be completed without it.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use this website or attempt to purchase our products if you are under 21, attempt to resell products without authorization, use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, or scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without written permission.
